Document Management Services

Document Scanning and Indexing

There are tangible costs to doing business, but one intangible cost is time. Knowledgeable workers spend over 150 hours each year searching for incorrectly filed documents. With little up front investment we can take your files from paper into a searchable digital format. Never again will you have to waste time searching for something that may never be found.

Petroleum Tech Services

Paper Running Services

Paper running is one of the more popular services we offer for the petroleum industry. Most geologists juggle various projects, and having to travel to the DOGGR or the Core Repository can be an inconvenience. Here at American Digitizing we have trained and experienced staff that travel to your desired destination to pull documents from well files (histories, deviations, core reports, logs, etc.) to scan and deliver them. All you have to do is pick up the phone and place the order.
